Can I specify an item as fragile at the time of shipping?

Absolutely. Check ‘Fragile’ at ‘Request from the consignee’ under 'Other settings’ on [Shipment Request] screen.
*Please make sure to specify ‘Fragile’ when you ship fragile items.
We ask for your understanding in advance that in case, an item without fragile designation was damaged, we will not be accountable for the damage.
