What if an international shipping item was damaged?


In regard to international shipping item, if confirmation of damage etc.was necessary, please contact the post office by yourself.
With the proof that the damage was inflicted during the delivery, a refund claim against the damage will go on smoothly. Please speak to the post office with the information below.

1.       Tracking ID
2.       The consignee’s report on the damage submitted to the local shipping carrier.
