In the event that a damaged item arrived to the buyer, Openlogi will have consultation regarding the compensation with the warehouse company and shipping carrier. Please be sure to send the followings.
1. An image of the state of the damage on the item
2. An image of the state of the damage on the outer packaging
Please take care not to directly contact the warehouse/shipping carrier on account of our mutual contractual reason. We shall have to decline the use of Openlogi future service from those who directly make contact with.
When shipping a fragile item.
Please specify the cushioning material at shipping and make sure to ship with a shipping method with a compensation system (carrier delivery/EMS etc.) The compensation cannot be made if not following these methods.
