What if an international shipping item wasn’t arrived?

As we proceed international shipping on behalf of our customer, when the item fails to arrive, please contact the post office with ‘Investigation request’ by yourself.

Commonly it takes around 1 month to receive the investigation result.

Delay of shipping may occur by postal conditions in the destination country and during a peak time such as holiday season. An influx of inquiries such as ‘The item hasn’t been arrived!’ tends to occur during holiday season therefore it is recommend to make your consignee aware of the situation.
