You can confirm if your shipment request has been completed on [Shipment] > [Shipment History] screen.
When a documentary proof of a shipment history is required, for instance a shipment proof requirement from the consignee and the like, Please make use of screenshot of the applicable shipment request page as a proof of the shipment.
