Generally, shipment operation /Shipping are carried out on the day for requests received by 12:30pm on business days.
For international shipping, FBA delivery and items require processing work, the Shipment operation /Shipping may carry out on the next business day.

Please note when quantity of shipment request are over 100 and for shipment request with a processing requirement, even if those requests are made by 12:30 pm on the day, the same day shipping is not guaranteed.

We do not operate shipment/Shipping work on Sunday and National holiday.
Regarding our business hours for Year-end and New Year holidays, Obon holidays and Golden week, we will announce the hours on the each occasion.
