As for our standard of measurement of weight, we add the weight of cardboard box and cushioning material to item’s weight.

Regardless of the size, all items are measured in the same measuring method therefore please refrain from making requests e.g. ‘to make the size smaller’ ‘to reduce the cushioning material for packing.’
Besides, please bear in mind that according to the shape of item, some item could be packed with a relatively large package.
