This charge occurs when an item with a shipment request is sorted (Picking) from the storage in the warehouse.
As a picking charge is included in a shipping charge of per item, generally an additional picking charge is applied when shipping multiple items by one shipment request. 

A picking charge of the largest item in a box will be included in the shipping charge and any items except the one will be subject to the picking charge.
