Our shipping charges vary depending on the size of a box. Please refer to our price list for details.

Our shipping charge will not be fixed until the shipment procedure is completed as it changes according to the packing condition or materials.
Moreover various option charges like ‘Picking charge’ will be added to a shipping charge if shipping multiple items altogether or selecting options at the shipment.

An actual sipping charge and size of the box at the shipment reflect on [Billing Information] > [Detailed Statement Download] > [Shipment Details].

Domestic Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges for each size of a box are standardized nationwide except Okinawa/remote islands.
A shipping charge includes a posting delivery or carrier delivery charge and a picking charge, a cushioning material charge- cardboard box, cushioning material, a shipping label attachment fee, a detailed statement including fee and packing work fee for one item.
For shipping to Okinawa/remote islands, Okinawa/remote islands shipping charge will be applied in addition to the regular domestic shipping charge.

International Shipping Charge

EMS and International ePacket are available for international shipping.
For both services, a shipping charge depending on the parcel’s weight/shipping destination area and ‘International shipping charge’ based on the size will be applied.
An international shipping charge includes a picking charge, a cushioning material charge- cardboard box, cushioning material, a printing cost for outputting the invoice, an inspection fee and a packing work fee for one item.
