1．Preparation
Add the add-on of Yahoo! shopping to the management screen of Openlogi.
This process is required only when you first use Yahoo! shopping linkage.

Setting of Yahoo! shopping linkage
① You will need to apply to Openlogi for the service.
Please fill in this form to submit the application.
Filling the field below will make the application go smoothly.
*For the case of light store opening, this linkage is not available. 

Yahoo! shopping Store account – SellerID

• For Store Creator Pro
  Displays as ‘store account : ○○○○’at the upper right hand corner of Store Creator Pro top page.

②Issue ‘API Certificate’ with Yahoo! Shopping.
To issue API, you will need a permission through Yahoo! Japan ID. Click here to find out how to apply.
*Please allow yourself enough time for the preparation as after the application it takes around 5 business days before the issuance.

③In case, your item has been already registered with both our service and Yahoo! store, present the correspondence table of ‘Openlogi product ID’ and ‘Yahoo product code’ of the product by Excel file, email, regardless of the format.

④ Once we completed the setting, [Yahoo Linkage] add-on will display on the management screen of Openlogi.


First authentication
①Go to the management screen of Openlogi then click [Yahoo Linkage].

② You will be redirected to the authentication window of Yahoo! Authenticate by inputting your ID and password.

③After authenticated, the agreement screen of API use will display. Click on ‘Agree and start’.


④You will be redirected to Openlogi, upload ‘API Certificate’ (crt) and ‘Private key’ (key) on [Certificate Upload] window under [Yahoo Linkage].
* You can find the ‘Private key’ (key) on the zip file of ‘API Certificate’ downloaded from Yahoo! shopping.

That is all for the preparation.

2. Preparation for the product data
(!) The maximum item number for registering SKU at a time is 5,000. If quantity of the items at Yahoo! shopping exceeds 5,000, contact our customer support team as a separate setting is required.

Take in the product information registered with Yahoo! shopping to Openlogi [Product Master].

(i)In case, your item has been already registered with both our service and Yahoo! store, present the correspondence table of ‘Openlogi product ID’ and ‘Yahoo product code’ of the product by Excel file, email, regardless of the format.

Taking in the product information on Yahoo! shopping
①Click ‘Take in ‘on [Import Product Information] window under [Yahoo Linkage].

(!) ‘Import Product Information’ will take in all of the items on Yahoo! shopping accordingly existing product information with an alteration will be updated.

The following information will be taken in from Yahoo! shopping.

• Product name
  When a product name varies, the variation title will be added as a suffix. e.g. ‘T-shirt [RED]’.
• Price
  *As for product category, please set it by editing the product information on Openlogi system. Click here for details.

(!) Items are linked with our data by original ID. Therefore please note, the change of original ID made at Yahoo! shopping cuts the link of the item with our stock because the ID is recognized as a diffirent item when taken in next time.

This is all for the preparation for the product data.
You will be able to make your in-stock request once completing those preparations by selecting an item at [In-Stock] > [In-stock Request] on Openlogi management screen.

３．Making a shipment request
Making a shipment request by taking in the order data on Openlogi management screen.

①Go to Openlogi management screen, Click on [Yahoo Linkage] > [Shippable Order].
The orders with [Ready for Shipment] status under [Order Management] on ‘Yahoo! shopping’ will display.

②Select the order information to ship and click on ‘Request shipment’. The ’Shipment request’ based on the order information will be made on Openlogi system with this operation.
