Consigned items from our customers will be affixed a label sticker listing our unique house code which is used for the inventory management.

Please note items not in a bag or a box are typically affixed the label sticker directly to them.
Besides we do not notify you when your item is arrived in the bare condition.

As a part of the warehouse distribution processing service, we can pack the item in a plastic bag. - The work fee will be charged. In that case, ask our customer support team for advice beforehand.
