Returned item will be carried out inbound process at our affiliated warehouse after arrival.
The arrival of the item will be notified by email which can be found in [Notification] > [Email Notification] on your management screen.
In-stock ID is allotted to returned item automatically and the item is carried out inbound procedure as usual.
Items visually spotted its stains/damages will be counted as’ Pending item’.
*In-stock ID is listed on the email.
When item is returned, the same ‘Shipment request’ as the item once had will be made for the item to reship
‘Shipment request’ for reshipping can be confirmed by ‘Returned’ in ‘Status’ column after going to [Shipment Request] > [Requesting].

Click on the shipment ID then click on ‘Reship’ at the bottom of the screen. - To not to ‘Reship’
Click on the shipment ID then click on ‘Request Cancellation’ at the bottom of the screen. - To change details of the request
Click on the shipment ID then click on ‘Edit Contents of Request’ at the bottom of the screen.
